Serving size?

Oh, I thought I cooked a healthy meal. Until I realized that I made way too much of it. How convenient. So I ate twice what I should have but at least it was low fat… Other than that I did pretty good today. I just have to bake in a smaller pan next time. No biggie. We learn our lessons through experience. Tomorrow is another day. I am challenging myself to some crunches in the morning. I posted myself a note to do three sets. Lets see if I actually do it. I really want to start toning up the tummy.

I have alot of things to take care of and alot holding me back, this upcoming month. I cannot and will not, let that take control of my diet. Anyhow… I’m tired and the dog’s are looking at me like I should really go to sleep now…lol. So I will do that. Tomorrow’s breakfast will be a change. I am having a bowl of special k and a banana… trying to mix things up a little. When I went to the supermarket the other day in search of a cereal that looked good but was healthy, I was unearved that all of them where loaded with sugar. Sad. So I guess I have to keep it simple… no prob. I can handle that.

    I’ve also found that the second ingrediant in all cereals is sugar, even in my bran flakes or weetabix. They’re all pretty high GI but I’ve decided to stick with them so that I can at least get some milk in each day.

    I like Cheerios with banana’s myself. It’s whole grain without tasting all grainy. Have a great day tomorrow!
