Confused…

Today my emotions have been a little tipsy turvey, I’m not sure if I’m content, but not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. My caloric intake was fair today… 1300. The cramps are a bother but I thank god the craving’s are over and done with… Thats usually pms…

I went to the supermarket and did food shopping… I have wondrous meals I cannot wait to cook. I am so sick of eatting microwavable food just to keep my weight low. Tomorrow I am making my plantain lasagna… I bought skim mozzerella and turkey ground meat… to substitute the beef and reg mozzerella. I also bought turkey breast and plan on eatting that with some baked yam fries on Sunday… Sounds yummy…

I did get a tingle in my spine when I passed the cake isle. Almost a pain when you see an ex boyfriend. It was weird. I looked at the brownie mixes and cake’s and said to myself… hmm, looks so good, it’s a shame. I wanted it but at the same time, I know how much it will hurt me so I just walked on by.

I hate this time of the month. I feel bloated and uncomfortable… I have to work extra hard to make myself feel good. It’s like I go on a war path with myself… Sick. I’m trying to ignore it but its hard to let up. Tomorrow I am going to wake up extra early… and do my hair really nice while watching a movie, that should give me a boost. I’ll start cooking around 2pm… hope it’s as good as I’m imagining it…

Ttys guys, hugs & kisses!!! Remember keep that back straight and your head up, facing the opposite direction of the cookies and brownies… lol…

Eat healthy… junk food is the enemy!!!

Yeah, sounds like your time of the month is messing with your head and your emotions. I hate when that happens. It’ll pass though and you know that. Hang in there and enjoy the good foods. :)

We all go through that. I had my pigout last week. It usually happens two weeks before. Good luck to you on your weight goal.

Good for you walking past the cake and brownie aisle and not picking up anything. I know it’s hard when TOM arrives.
